Healthy Tacos

  • Ground Beef
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Lettuce (preferably Boston)
  • Salsa
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Guacamole
  1. Cook beef with taco seasoning; drain fat
  2. Spoon on lettuce leafs, following the spine.
  3. Top with salsa, cheese, and guacamole
  4. Fold over like a taco shell
  5. Serve & Enjoy!
